Shipping & Returns

Payment Terms
Wig America accepts payments by VISA, Mastercard, money order, cashiers check, or company check. Minimum order is $50- net. Orders less than $50- will be charged a $5- handling fee. Some special orders are subjected to payment by bank Letter of Credit or bank wire transfer. Please note that the first two orders must be prepaid by credit card, money order, cashiers check, or PayPal. The customer is also responsible for the freight charge of refused orders. This may also result in changing the customer’s payment terms to “prepaid status” only. We will assess a $25 bank charge for any returned checks.

International Orders: All overseas and Canadian orders must be prepaid, including shipping charges, in U.S. funds only. For the fastest service, use your credit card. Some special orders are subjected to payment by bank Letter of Credit or bank wire transfer.

Shipping Methods
Wig America offers same day shipping via Next Day Air, Second Day Air, 3-Day Select and Standard Ground (allow 5-10 business days). UPS Saturday Delivery is available at an extra charge. Be sure to specify how you would like to receive your merchandise when you place your order.

Sale Terms
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! We recommend that you inspect all the merchandise thoroughly upon receipt and verify the correctness of the order. In the event of any shipping error on our part, we will correct it immediately upon verification of the error; however, you must notify your sales consultant of any discrepancies within 14 days from receipt of goods.

Merchandise being returned must be reported within 14 days from receipt of goods. Only merchandise meeting the following criteria can be returned:

1. Merchandise must be in its original box or poly bag.
2. Merchandise must have its original tag attached and hair net intact.
3. Merchandise must be unused and not altered (brushed, combed, or picked) in any way.

Returns will not be accepted unless pre-authorized by Wig America. Upon approval, your return must include the following:

1. Our Return Authorization Number (RMA#) must be prominently marked on the top of the returned box(es).
2. The original invoice must accompany the return.
3. Return freight is prepaid by the customer.
4. We encourage the customer to use a shipping method that includes a tracking number.

Merchandise not meeting the above criteria will be refused. Defective products or wrong shipments will be credited or replaced free of any charges. All other returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee of the invoice value of the merchandise for refurbishing our inventory. Under no circumstances will Wig America accept returns more than 30 days from the date of the original invoice.
